Collective Brewing Project

Published on: Jan 13 2015 by admin

Collective Brewing Project is located just south of 30 in Fort Worth. This is Fort Worth’s 4th micro brewery to open up if you don’t count The Covey back in the day. If you have been to Rahr only go a little bit farther north and you will reach it. It is in an old renovated building. The tap room is a large open area. It’s a pretty cool setup.  They have a large wall with several chalk boards on it with the beer listed. Across from the taps above the cooler are pallets set up displaying the merchandise. There are several tables at the front to sit at or you can sit at the bar. They offer pints and half pint pours. They had several special beers on tap including some of their regular beers run through a Randall. If you are looking for something to go they fill up glass growlers but also sell crowlers. Crowlers are 32oz aluminum cans that they fill for you there to take with you. I got a Tropic Thunder and special Belgian they were brewing to go. Only $9 bucks either way.
