Bearded Eel Brewery

Published on: Jan 13 2015 by admin

Bearded Eel Brewery is the farthest north brewery in Fort Worth. It’s probably about the farthest away north you can be and still be in Fort Worth. Having lived in Saginaw before, where was this place when I lived up there. It would have been really awesome to get my craft drink on a few miles from my house. They have 4 mainstays then some special small batches and they also have a Randall on hand. They are in kind of an industrial area. The brewery is setup pretty cool in a long warehouse area. They are a smaller setup but they make some good beer. Being a stout lover I recommend The Stout. Their Imperial Russian Stout. While they don’t have food on site County Boyz BBQ is literally right out front. You can grab some and bring to the tasting room. They have plenty of tables. Pints are 4.50 -7.00 depending on ABV%. It’s good to see Fort Worth finally get more breweries in the area. If you are up north give them a whirl. Maybe on the way back from Rabbit Hole or after Rahr’s tour on Saturday.
